only an 800 number to talk too wait time on hold approx. 1hour and 35 minutes, unbelievable, they lost a package with tracking number, says out for delivery but never was, "what ? did the driver steal it or something. where did it go...never never land I guess...we need to privatize the post office, they just get worse every year...time for a change
Terrible service. I only asked a question to see if my package was at the office so I can pick it up myself and the lady currently has me on hold for 15minutes and counting! Seriously?! The store closes at 12 and I think she's willing to let me wait until it's too late. Please get some workers that don't have issues helping customers because this is ridiculous.
Filled out hold mail form to hold mail 7/22 deliver 7/29. They held it from 7/15 to 7/29. Wasn't delivered on 7/29. Phone calls impossible. On hold 15 min at a time with no answer. 5 pm 7/31 still no mail. Post office sucks. Rate it -10.
The most incompetant group I’ve ever dealt with. They never give straight answers, supervisors are rude and even less helpful, they offer as much insight to what’s going on as a deaf mute music instructor!!!
Lazy employees , when delivering your mail they come when they want and dont even get out of the mail truck.
