Called for a cab on 9.16.17 dispatcher stated someone will call me back when driver accepts job, its now 9.18.17 an i still have not received a call. Talk about bad wait time lol.

Called yesterday afternoon and waited for an hour and still no taxi. Called again and they said they had some technical difficulties that it would take a while, still no taxi. So basically wasted all day , no text to see if they assigned me with a taxi and not even a call. Smh. Worst service ever. Don't even bother calling this place. Doesn't even deserve one star.
Extremely aggravating service. Each time I use "metro taxi" or "m7" I completely regret it afterwards. THEY WILL MAKE YOU WAIT EXTREMELY LONG. EVEN IF YOU REQUEST AHEAD. THEIR CARS ARE PERPETUALLY 15-20 minutes late. I truly hope another taxi company comes into the new haven area so no one would ever have to utilize this service again. As a non driver I am constantly stuck using their services and always regret it afterwards.
I am not working this company. drivers are very professional, especially if you use their app, it is much more faster than call the dispatch. some dispatchers are so kind, they even double check for you. I think they are way better than Uber.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.
- Although their vehicles say they are equipped with credit/debit machines, they often do not work (or the drivers claim they don't and rudely ask for cash) I have sat with drivers who refuse to take my card more than once.
They don't have enough drivers
They are an extremely unrealiable service. I would not recommend using them if you have a train/bus to catch, are time sensitive, or do not like waiting.
- They recently released an app where you can order your taxi ahead of time via your smartphone and even pay with your credit card (similarly to uber). I had hoped this would improve their service dramatically but it did not. AWFUL! Using their app, I requested a ride for 6:20am at 5am (Giving them over an hours norice) and at 6:23am I was told by dispatch that a car was not on its way yet. I cancelled that ride and tried to book another which also arrived 15 minutes late. At this point I had missed my train and would be extremely late.
