New owner is the bomb!
Terrible experience!!!!! No one was there to wipe my car at the end and there was actually soap stains all over my car!!!! Not worth the $15 dollars. This car wash stinks!! Not to mention my mirrors that are supposed to be “spot” free have water marks!!!!
I signed up for the unlimited wash for both of my cars. It has been worth it. I texted back and forth with the owner when I was signing up and he was very friendly and helpful. My visits are quick in and out and the guys doing the scanning and pre soak are very nice. I would recommend this place.
At approximately 3:50PM on Sunday October 9, 2017 I placed my five dollar bill in one of the change machines. The machine dispensed two quarters and nothing else. I waited for the machine to dispense the rest of my money, but no avail. I then began tapping on the machine as I thought perhaps more money would dispense seeing how the orange "out of change" light did not come on. This occurred with machine on the long left-side of the wall in the middle of the wash-bays.

A few weeks went by and on October 5th I asked where the refund was via text. I also asked if there was security footage so that I can have that as evidence and also to show that I was clearly frustrated and tapping on the machine after I didn't get my money. Additionally I asked if the payment was sent with check, cash, or money order and If I could see an image of a post office receipt. The owner didn't answer any of my questions and simply responded that he would have to contact his secretary to find out why I didn't receive a refund.
DO NOT GIVE THIS CON-MAN YOUR SERVICE.
The touch free is pretty good BUT the one next to it with the brushes leaves soap on your car and your car still very wet. It's too quick it needs serious fine tuning. I use the Ultimate level wash (top of the line)and it's over in seconds, makes you wonder if your getting what you paid for. I did the monthly 27.00 but not worth it, might as well downgrade to the basic level then cancel after winter and wash it myself.

The next day on Monday October 10, 2017 I contacted the owner via phone and he apologized and said he would check the issue out. He would be able to tell if the machine was at fault because they have a counter built into the machine. For record purposes, I texted him the above paragraph and sent my address for a refund. Later that same day, he texted my number and said the refund will be in the mail. I said thank you.
It's November 16th and I never heard back from the owner and I still do not have a refund. This owner clearly out to steal money and is a con. The owner has zero integrity and his customer service skills are pedestrian at best. I have used that car wash for over 15 years without a problem, this guy takes over and turns it into a scam.
